the Animators

The Builders of Social Good

You’re the one who brings people together, creating spaces for connection, growth, and transformation. Through your workshops, events, storytelling, and media, you help people heal, learn, and take action.

Your work matters—it inspires, translates knowledge into more understandable forms, sparks joy, reflection, and moves people toward personal and collective liberation. But let’s be real: this work can be exhausting, especially when you’re trying to do it all while navigating systems that don’t always value or support what you bring to the table.

We see you.

The Animators are for leaders, creators, and organizers like you—people who have been passionate about building community and translating knowledge into action. This isn’t about asking you to change what you’re already doing. It’s about amplifying your work, connecting you with aligned people, and creating a space where your creativity and care can thrive.

If you’re a Animator, you’re likely:

  • Hosting workshops, events, or gatherings that inspire connection and growth.

  • Translating complex issues into accessible, transformative learning experiences.

  • Building spaces for joy, healing, and advocacy in areas like financial literacy, arts and culture, grief support, indie media, and advocacy skills.

  • A creative force who understands that transformation happens when people feel seen, heard, and inspired to act.

What’s Expected of You

We know how much you’re already doing, and the last thing we want is to add more to your plate. Joining as an Animator is about meeting you where you are and offering you support. All we ask is:

  • Share your work with us. Whether it’s an upcoming workshop, event, or content, let us know so we can help amplify it.

  • Be in community with us. Engage when and how it makes sense for you—on your own terms.

  • Seva for social good. Find a way to give back to the space: maybe it’s hosting one free workshop or program a month/quarter, or something else that feels right for you.

  • Highlight your connection to the Collective. We hope Animators will proudly feature their involvement—on link-in-bios, mailing lists, or websites—to show that they’re part of something bigger. Together, we’re building an intentional counterforce to hate and division.

  • Give us grace as we grow. We’re building something new, and while our intentions are big, we’re still figuring it out. Your patience and trust mean everything.

That’s it—no heavy expectations, no unnecessary weight. This early group of Animators will help shape this space and have the flexibility to design what their seva for social good looks like.

Together, we’ll amplify the work you’re already doing and connect you with a community that sees, values, and supports you.

Why join

  • Shape Something New

We know the systems aren’t built to support leaders like you, but the Social Good Collective is trying to change that. As an Animator, you’re part of an experiment in care and collaboration—one that reimagines how we learn, grow, and build community for personal and collective liberation.

  • Find Your People

This work can feel isolating, especially when you’re navigating it alone. The Animator tier connects you with a network of other creators, leaders, and storytellers who share your values. Whether you’re looking for collaboration, support, or simply solidarity, this is where you’ll find your people.

  • Amplify Your Work Without the Exhaustion

Your work deserves to be seen, but competing with algorithms or overextending yourself to promote it can be exhausting. The Social Good Collective helps you share your offerings with a community that’s eager to learn, grow, and engage—people who are looking for exactly what you bring to the table.
