This space is intentionally designed to be different—and while everyone is welcome, it won’t be for everyone, and that is okay.
We’re building something rooted in values, not performance. In care — for yourself, for each other and for fellow people. You don’t need a PhD on these issues, or have read every book or spent a decade ‘doing the work’.
What is needed is an openness: to being in community, to being called in, to learning, unlearning, and doing better—together.
What that requires is courage to challenge what we’ve been taught, to question comfort and compliance, and to stay with the discomfort long enough to grow through it in a safer space
This isn’t just a virtual community center—it’s a virtual village. A space to practice, experiment, and co-create what our world needs more of: collective care, shared responsibility, and radical hope.
And the truth is—this first cohort? You’re not just joining, you’re shaping it. You’re the early builders. The culture-setters. The founding membership that helps shape how this space evolves.

Being in community asks for grace and boundaries. It means navigating disagreement without collapsing into harm or fragility.
We hold space for difference—because not everyone shows up the same way.
We trust that most people are doing their best, and that we all have room to know better and do better. -
Intersectional AF
When Dr. King said “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” he was pointing to the interconnectedness of our struggles. And bell hooks gave us the language to name what we’re up against: a single, interlocking system of oppression —imperialist-white supremacist-capitalist-patriarchy. These aren’t four different issues, they are one system.
That means our solutions can’t be siloed. If the problem is systemic, the response has to be too.
Everything we build is designed to push back against that system—together.
